Food Photography #3

Strong Composition
This has strong composition, as it is portraying the rule of thirds and odds. With the
odd number of cupcakes and the placing of the cupcakes on the invisable grid lines.

Use of Colour
There are many colours in this picture. They all compliment and contrast each other nicely with
the different greens and the orange and red popping from that. As well as the subtle orange
hidden underneath.

Shallow Depth
It's really close into the timbits. The powder and the coconut flakes are visible giving
the picture the texture of the donuts. All different flavors are visible in the poping purple
bowl in the backgroung.

Large Depth
This is a picture from a little further away. It works for this photo because of the background, it's
almost telling a story as well. A story of the forbidden apple, or whatever; apples are very
symbolic for some reason.

Strong Scene
I like this photo because it has a nice scene going around it. The knife and the basket behind it.
A nice afternoon snack awaiting to be eaten.

Favourite Food
This was my favourite food photo, only because I love Vickies chips. Therefore
this photo is the best. It gives a nice picture of their texture and crunchiness. Yum!
